  • Hair on the back should be waxed or bleached at regular intervals.

  • When applying sunscreen on your back, do not exceed a limit of 45 SPF.
  • Apply an astringent or toner on a daily basis

  • Regular massage with a glowing gel will surface healthiest skin.You can apply vitamin E capsules for deep rejuvenation or choose light oils such as apricot, peach kernel and grape seed.
  • Do not indulge in a skin polishing treatment often as it has chemicals that can harm the skin in the long run.
  • Pamper your back with effective treatments such as hydrocleansing, blackhead removing and steaming. These go a long way.
